Does acupuncture hurt?

Most people feel little or nothing as the very fine needles go in, and many find their session deeply relaxing.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on your goals. Your practitioner will suggest a plan at your first visit. Many people start with a series, which is why we offer packages.

Do you take insurance?

Yes. We are in-network with BCBS of RI, the VA and more. Check your coverage free before your first visit.

Can I combine treatments?

Yes. Cupping, moxibustion, gua sha and Celluma light therapy are often added to an acupuncture session when they fit your plan.

What should I wear?

Comfortable, loose clothing that rolls up above your knees and elbows works best.
